What codes are these?

07, 6.7, 4x4 auto. I have had the recall and updated flashes (au & av). Now have a CEL with two codes stored. P-0420 and P-0471. Any ideas on what these codes indicate? Have checked "search" without success.

Thanks in advance

Found codes!

Thanks for looking but I found the codes on another site. P-0420 is catalyst efficiency below required level and P-0471 is Exhaust pressure sensor range/perf (whatever that means)

PO 0420 - 1/1 catalytic converter efficiency
PO 0471 - exhaust pressure sensor range/performance
Possible plugged exhaust .
See what dealer has to say , warranty , then post that .

I had that P0420 code on my Camry come up quite often recently. My research shows that either the cat is bad or the O2 sensor(s) are bad. Basically, the cat is between two O2 sensors and the computer measures the difference between the two. The right differential means the cat is working right. Little to no differential means tha cat isn't doing anything. Either the cat or sensors could be bad.

Pretty ironic after getting the O2 module replaced... Let us know what happens please.

?Codes

Took my truck into the dealer for the P-420 and P-471 codes. Service statement indicated that both #1 and #2 exhaust sensors were replaced, as #1 sensor had a reading of 250 degrees more than #2. I believe that this repair was specifically for the 0471 code and the 0420 was just along for the ride. CEL is out and truck is still running well.

Thanks to all who were interested or responded.

2nd that. I have found numerous sites with code listings, but none that list P1142, came off a 08 auto 6speed. I think it is trans related, but my code reader says it is "manufacturer specific" any clues or links out there?
