I have to agree with this. You own the truck, it should be yours to do what you want with it. Now they are going in and attempting to stop you from doing anything to it, which to me is ridiculous. Just more control over the buyer. The good days are slowly going by the wayside...
The feds say that is not ok to tamper with emisions.Do you think that it would be illegal to try and make it harder to tamper with?
If you look at how things have been done in the gas world you will understand more what is happening here.The feds have been trying to lock down the hoods from diy's for a long time.
