Question U010c, P0102, fuse #37

I can replace the fuse and clear the codes, then drive around the block and the fuse blows and sets the codes. The turbo seems to work fine and also so does the engine brake. I check wires and did not see any problem. I cleaned the MAF sensor. I have looked at other posts did not find any help. Has anyone fixed this problem?
