Trip odometer reset and turning key on?
I was playing around in the truck and held in the reset on the odometer and turn the key on. Does anybody know what this does? It displayed all the differnt lights. It also displayed a cycle of numbers in the odometer display. The speedometer and tachometer both cycle.

Basically, you just did a gauge cluster, instrument panel test. If there is a problem there will be a number code at the end of the test in the odometer. You can also acsess the hour meter if you hold in the reset button for 6 seconds while it is displaying actual miles.
