has anyone done a lemon law suit against dodge? and is it worth it? my 07.5 has been in for at least once a month for the past 5 months for egr and o2 issues any suggestons would help thanks. i love the truck ,and i cant trade in on an 06 cuz i would be upside down on loan it just aint right i tell you.

 

I don't know which state you live in (Colorado?), but look up your state's lemon law online and document all the problems you are having with your truck, especially the number of times you present it to the dealer for a driveability issue.

I did one here in Arizona on a Chev diesel I owned, and it worked. They bought it back from me, and they paid me for all the aftermarket stuff I had put on it as well. Just make sure you have all your receipts.

They will buck you at first, but the key is to DOCUMENT everything and be PERSISTENT. Good luck.
