9000 miles w/deletes & no CEL, Now CEL's

My truck has run flawless for over 9000 miles....I am now just over 10,000 miles, and still does. But I am getting an intermittent CEL. Always seem to happen after the truck has sat for 10 plus hours.

I go to start it up, wait for the edge to clear codes, and then start....routine has never changed. Sometimes I get a CEL, and sometimes I don't. I have cleaned the fooler plugs...all three...and now applied dielectric grease to ensure good contact. Still happening.

I have not disconnected the battery....but seems like it is my next step....please help me out. I don't understand what has changed, to cause the CEL to come on.

CEL's:
P0106 - manifold absolute pressure sensor performance (only a couple times)
P0495 - egr position sensor circuit low (about half the time when CEL comes on)
P0489 - egr control circuit low (every time the CEL comes on)
P244a - diesel particulate filter differential pressure too low (every time the CEL comes on)

Do I have a bad fooler? Is there a way to check H&S's foolers, to determine if they are bad?

Most likely it is the p0106 that is tripping the CEL after the Edge clears the codes. The others are all the codes you expect to see with a DPF and EGR deleted truck. They will still show up when you check them but they shouldn't trigger the CEL after the Edge clears at startup. For the p0106, you probably need to clean your MAP sensor. It's located on your intake horn, and takes 10 minutes to pull it and clean it. That should get rid of the p0106 and also the recurring CEL after the Juice clears everything at startup.

Just cleaned the Map Sensor, and I guess time will tell if this fixes the intermittent CEL problem.

Chubby?....if this is an issue with the Edge, then why did I not see it from the beginning? And if this is something I can not fix....will Edge Products work with me on a new unit, or is there an updated Juice available that addresses this mapping issue?

First...cleaning MAP sensor did not solve the CEL issue.

Second, contacted Edge Products about the concern Chubby had...and this was the response I recieved:

We should be able to look into as to what is causing the issue with the truck. Just so you know, we do not modify the MAP sensor voltage on this truck like we used to on the older trucks. We only monitor it on the 6.7 Dodge. This does not mean that we do no plug into the sensor. If you would like to send the unit in for diagnosis please call 1-888-360-3343.

Thanks,

Gary Rogers

So, are they acknowledging a problem, or just wanting to take a look at my unit?

Questions I have...why so long without a CEL, and now I have them?....do the Edge units fail over time? Is my H&S dpf delete kit (foolers) causing me issues?....is there a way to check them?

Lastly....the CEL appears after the truck has sat 10 hrs. or more....once it is up to temperature, I shut it off, wait for the codes to be cleared by the Edge, and start it up again....Never another CEL. So it is something occurring when it is warming up...not after it is at operating temp.

Oh yeah....when you turn the ignition key to the run position....and wait for the codes to clear....when do you guys start?....after the CEL flashes 10 times, or as soon as it begins to flash?....this might be an issue also.
