small "chirp" shifting 3rd to 4th

small "chirp" shifting 3rd to 4th
I am getting a small "chirp" when the tranny shifts from 3rd to 4th. Almost like a tire chirp but I suspect it is the transmission. Is this something I should be very concerned with or just concerned? Any ideas what I may be experiencing and probable causes and fix?
