Has anyone got the new towing mirrors that slide out like the ford style? I like the integrated turn signal and was wondering how they would look on a dually. Thanks in advance, Scott

 

did they change them on the 09?? I thought that they were the flip up like on mine

i dont believe they are standard they are dodge aftermarket , have a set on my 03

I'm going to assume your talking about the ones that are more or less ****'s mirrors only sold through Mopar (added a turn signal and about $150 or so), I don't know if their still offered or not, but I do know they were offered at one time.

Do they come with a plug-in harness for the turn signals/running lights? Or did you modify something to work? Thanks, Scott

 

Those are the towing mirrors they offer on the Cab & Chassis trucks. They don't offer them on the reg. 2500 , and 3500. I am sure you can get them.

 

I ordered the **** type on my 08 Mega, but when it came in they weren't
installed (was a $100 factory option). Dealer ordered them from his Dodge
distribution center and installed, but had to direct wire them since the
factory had not included the wiring harness either. Mirrors extend and have
LED flashers (3) on each mirror. Not as good as a Ford mirror, but I like them
better than the standard mirror. My truck is a 2500 Laramie 4X4.

There is a 2500 Mineral Grey Mega at my local dealership with these on them. I think they look like crap, but my opinion doesn't count for much...

 

Yeah....I'm not a fan, either.
