should I get the new tsb

I was wondering if I should get the new tsb for my truck that come out for June 12. My truck has been running good and have not had a problem with the filter yet. The edge tells me when it goes in to regen mode and it does it all the time. The only things is that I only 14 mpg so I was wondering if the new tsb is helping on fuel mileage any. I had the truck since march and it has 6500 miles on it

I would get the TSB. It was released/updated for a reason.... lots of issues with clogged DPF's due to improper regens... one member here had over 50K before the first issue.

well I love the edge and no it not out for the public yet. I am a beta testing it. I did not tap the egt yet but I should. I got the hot program on the juice and it adds 100hp and 250 torque. But it has some nice feature on it. It tells you when the truck goes in to regen, trans temp, boost, egt and bunch other guages to. But I can tell you it runs real smooth.

I made an appointment to have my truck done tomorrow. Although I haven't had any problems yet I didn't want to chance it and have the DPF clog up while I'm out of town or in the bush.

You guys let me know how this works out for you. I had the dreaded 'Cat Stat 100%' problem. I'm thinking I should get my truck in for this TSB.

You should take it immediately to a dealer and have the TSB performed.

I called my service advisor, he said that this TSB should absolutely be done on my truck. So I'm scheduled for next Wednesday.

Sounds like if you have a 6.7 that has not had this TSB performed you should make an appointment with service asap.

well I got the tsb done and I think it might had help my fuel mileage out. You can't go by the computer but right now I am because I have not put enough mileage on it since I had the tsb done. I use to average 13-14 mpg going down the highway and today I did a 60 mile round trip and the and show 18-19 mpg since the tsb so I think it help.
