shake

Im having a issue with the front end of my truck . If i hit a large enought bump on the road , the truck will shake like like the front tires are comming off, seems to do it with or without a trailer. I took it for the front end recall dealership said everthing was fine. If anybody can help id appreciate it.

When you go across railroad tracks will the front end shimmy also? Are you running stock size tires?
When I use to run Jeeps this was a common problem with the front steering stabilizer. The stabilizer will fail over time depending on how big of a tire and how many road bumps you hit. The steering stabilizer is a maintenance item. You will need to be replace the steering stabilizer after some road miles are placed on your truck. This can be replaced by a Mopar or aftermarket item. I would look into an aftermarket if you are using non stock size tires.
Sometimes you will need to run two stabilizers, this will depend on tire size and suspension.

That's what it sounded like to me as well; death wobble. Fill out your signature and truck info.
