Remote Start for 2004.5

Is there a decent remote start for the 2004.5 dodge diesel ? Can anybody recommend a good one, and do they work good, bad, just trying to get a feel if they are worth getting for those cold mornings when it would be nice to climb into a warm truck.

Because.... thats what this whole site is for. Want remote start, with turbo timer, how about 2- way comunicating www.pythoncarsecurity.com I have the 990, works flawlessly however warm up is probably not going to happen. If its 15* outside it could idle for over 30 min and still not be warm. my truck has 3 cylinder shut off mode + high idle which get it warm. Fuel consumption is pretty horrendous when its cold. 3rd gens may have high idle I think, in either case this is what will happen if temp permits and your truck is flashed with the proper settings. Newer Dodges require some tricky relay setups that the novice installer will find troubling. Its really all about the installation. If someone uses t-taps plan on problems later on. Solder and tape is the best. Its hard to find shops that do quality work. Talk to the installer and get a feel for it first, and ask lots of questions.

I can tell you from experience with my remote start set even with a 20 minute run time you still are not going to be gettin into a warm truck it still takes a little driving to get it warmed up but a little less time
