Ratios and Tires? MMMMMMM

I am mostly on flatland and want to put a little taller tire on my truck. I have 4.10's and lets say I want to get near the 3.73 range. If I take the difference in ratios... as a percent which is 0.09% or near 10 percent. If I make my tires 10% taller (not checking to see what kind of tire this is or if it practical) would this put me near the 3.73 range.

Here's a calculator click on "acceleration" and plug in the numbers. http://www.yotatech.com/~corey/tire_calc/tt_offroad.htm Also fill out your sig so people know what you've got.
