psi cp3 pump

psi cp3 pump

what should my supply pressure ranges be at on these new trucks before it takes out the cp3. what would be the lowest it should go without it damaging it.

you can run 0 pressure. The Dmax runs almost the identical pump and they have no fuel pump. So anything above that would be fine. They're nothing like the VP44 and don't need a specific fuel pressure to stay alive.

I believe the CP3 likes to see somewhere around 15psi. Give or take a few. I think with the OEM dodge CP3 you could run upwards of 50 or so if you wanted.

Mine's seeing 30 but you're not going to kill it like a VP if your pump dies.
