Pads Semi Metallic or Ceramic

I have a little over 200K on the truck, have used Auto Zones $25 semi metallic pads since the originals wore our, no issues, replaced several times covered under lifetime warranty. Recently traded in the old pads and asked about ceramic and they now have them DG965C. Anyone tried them, less dust would be great.

I have ceramic pads on the front of my truck and it has great breaking power even with a large trailer behind me but running around town with no loads they get very noisy very quickly. Whenever they finally wear out I will be going back to a heavy duty semi-metallic.
