i am getting my check gages light on my dash check for codes i get P063c Generator Voltage Sense Low
i clear ir come right back on .. i check voltage at batteries while running and at alternator i get 14.2-14-5 not running at each batt i get 12.5 volts , truck starts fine everything works ....i get no check engine light just check gages it stays on hole time i drive . the volt gage stays right at 14 volts

thanks it seems to be checking out all ok .. but one crazy thing thats happins is when i shut the truck off the red check gauge light stays on evin after i open the door for about a min ?????

 

I have never seen that problem before. Maybe you have a bad cluster. Try the cluster test and see if any codes set after the test runs. Turn ignition key to run position while holding down trip reset, release reset once test starts.

In that order.. what do they mean ?

 

well it seems i had a bad battery had them both load tested one was bad seems to fix the problem so far
