Got this code today, the Red lightning bolt came on, I dont know what it means, it runs and drives fine. I have an airraid intake, EGR?Cooler Delete, DPF Delete, and an Edge Juice/Attitude. I clear all codes, start it up, and about 30 seconds later, red lightning bolt comes on, and throws the code again. Any Ideas?

 

Not sure why that would come up, never had it show on mine with the Edge. Do you have the throttle valve delete? Maybe check the plug at the throttle valve make sure its in good or no wires pulled out.

Im pretty sure that the Edge alone will not allow for throttle valve deletes.

 

I just have the butterfly valve in the intake taken out.

 

Im not sure now, maybe someone else will chime in and help you out.

 

Take the map ( boost pressure) sensor out of the loop . Just plug the stock harness into it. I have returned my edge 2 times for this problem. Now I just use it for a egt gauge , smarty installed.

 

I think the Butterfly actuator might have something to do with the lightning bolt. Not sure.
