Well, after one new turbo was installed with still having problems, then 3-4 weeks ago, the dealer did the "new fix" of the turbo update of drilling and cleaning the turbo.... Guess what code I got today? P0402. Has anyone had this code after the turbo update and if so, what did they do for it?

 

This is not a turbo code. It is a excessive EGR flow code. Basically either the EGR valve has gotten so full of soot that it is hung open a little, or the little butterfly valve on the intake horn it stuck open. Either way you need to take it to a dealer and let them clean the valve and test the functionality of the butterfly valve. This is a very common problem right now and it has either to do with the AY ECM calibration, or the cooler temperatures. But you are not alone in the problem
