Mine did it for free. Of course this was the same trip when they wouldn't do my flash updates for me so maybe they were trying to do something nice so I wouldn't *****. I went to another dealer for the flash updates.

The said that the line leaking was coolant onto the turbo. Didnt replaced the fowled up line said they reseated it and didnt clean up the mess from it. Said they topped of coolant levels and they obviously didnt.

Billed me $92 for one hour of labor to enable high idle. Who in the dealership can I talk to to complain about that. Service Manager??

Said nothing about the oil change intervals but they did give me a print out on how to resent the indicator light even though that wasnt the problem. Any ideas on how to change the interval?

They did a good job on the window gasket.

Overall slightly aggravated.

Thanks for all the replies!

Trying to get that pink residue off is like trying to scrap off concrete. It is a pain in the butt and you can never get it all off.

My Dealership's Service Mngr is not much more help than the Service Writers. Next up the ladder at my Dodge dealer is the "Service and Parts Director". I have only gone to him once when all else failed, and I am saving him for a last resort as he dedicated himself to an issue with my alarm until it was resolved. I'll be certain not to cry wolf so as not to ruin that royal treatment. I left the dealership with a slight warm fuzzy feeling..... which I don't ever remember doing before.

A pressure washer will take care of it in all of my experiences.

Ask the service writer to kindly pull his head out of his a** and check the coolant level.

You should also complain about paying for the high idle feature. The scan tool will be connected anyway for the diagnostics and flashes. Navigating to a different section of the software and enabling take only a matter of minutes.

Did you purchase the truck from this dealer? I'd talk to the sales manager (not the salesman) about the crappy treatment your getting in service.
Had the same problem except were the tube conects to the overflow they just put a zip tie on it. Funny thing is took truck to the dealer to have then trim bumper plastic so my tires would quite rubbing because they put the lift on. Well the Shop manager did it and cut into the window washer bottle which is 2 in 1 with the antifreeze so they replaced that and thats when mine started leaking what a f%#*#@& moron
