I actuall posted this originally in the wrong forum , sorry guys but I still need some help with this thanks

Hi all I'm new here , My 2007 6.7 dodge has been giving me trouble , for a while , took it to the dealer and they tell me the electric soleniod on the side of the turbo is bad ? causing intermittent boost ? and now there is no boost ? and I have these codes , U010c , P242F , P1451 ,
They say the part to fix the boost issue is $1500 ? can this be replaced without removing the turbo ? I need help ? my pocket book cannot afford this right now ? thanks guys
