lifting question

Im new to the lifting thing and was wondering if I put on a 3inch body lift shocks and a leveling kit (on a 05 2500) will will I be able to use it still if I decide to put on a 6inch suspension later or will I have to take it all off. And do you need to level it if you put on a body lift or will the body lift make it sit level??? any help much appreciated

You can add a 6" suspension later and still keep your 3" body. The body lift won't level it out. The leveling kit actuall raises the suspension about 2" with either a coil spacer or a longer coil. Some don't like using a body lift, as I think it puts more stress on the body mounts on the cab. I don't have any actual experience with either but have read alot on this and other forums, and if I'm wrong somebody will correct me.

A friend of mine has an 05 with a 3inch body, 6inch lift, and the 2 inch spacer. works and looks great. And I would go with a Daystar Spacer.
