Just wondering

Is there any thing I can run through the engine when I change the oil. Leaving the oil drain plug off and run something through the engine to help get all the nasty stuff out and help keep the oil cleaner

Not sure about an oil flush, but new oil will turn black very quickly due to soot. This is normal and unavoidable, even with a bypass filter. I'd just change the oil regularly and not worry about it.
