High Idle Feature
Chrysler specific. The "Star" system is Chryslers proprietary maintenance, repair, and parts moniker, much like Goodwrench is to General Motors.
I don't know what Chrysler recommends, but I would recommend 1100rpm. It's high enough to prevent cylinder wash and get EGT to 400 degrees or so, yet isn't so high that you are just wasting fuel. It will also make the A/C blow nice and cold in the summertime; I used it several times the last couple of summers when stuck out on a rig waiting for some parts to come out of the hole.
