Hesitation

i'm sure I saw this posted already but I can't find it, but anyway when driving , when I slow down to turn a corner as I accelerate the truck hesitates and almost feels like it's stumbling then picks up. This happens even while towing

this might be a possible injector or cp3 pump issue

Hey Jim

Is that thing stock? Did you have the J35 recall done if it is?

Sounds like emissions trouble to me. I know my lil bros will stumble occasionally and he does get the odd MIL every once in a while. I would tend to believe its the Throttle Valve not opening and closing properly when the EGR is circulating. It would starve it for air and cause it to stumble.

Are you getting any codes or the red lightning bolt on the dash?

How many miles on the truck. I dont think its a CP3 issues, those things are pretty reliable. Could be an injector, but my money is on a bluetec issue.
