Engine hesitation

Hy all,
My truck lately has been laying down a bit when I push the throttle, the hesitation seems to be getting worse.
My fuel pressure is great and my filter is clean, but when I push the pedal the lag is terrible but then it picks right up,there is no miss it runns great,my boost is the same as always.
I havent tryed unhooking the VA box yet to see if that is it,but any info would be helpful..

Thanks
