I just put on a home made intake like the Willie Whistler, when the motor is cold it kinda surges while excelorating. Its almost like its choking, then once it fully warms up it stops. I was wondering it it might be from me puttin the mass airflow sensor all the way down flush on the pipe, instead of it mounted up about anther inch. Like mabey its reading to much air and tryimg to addjust it.

Mighty 67 not sure about your surging Sounds like your Mass airflow sensor is going crazy, I'd agree with you and try to move it. Hey I was wanting to build a ***** whistler as well, but our turbo inlet 90 elbow isn't the same diameter as what is listed in *****'s is it? I heard it was 4.5 instead of 5.5 is this correct. Do you have any pics or anyway you could run me through your shoping list Thanks man
