Fuel Additives?

Just ordered an '07 with the 6.7 diesel, is it necessary to add a fuel additive to these engines? I've been using PS in my 12 v and would like to know if I should continue. What do you guys think?

US diesel lubrication standards are not as good as Bosch would have liked. An additive that will improve lubrication might be wise. However, if you are buying a 6.7 pickup (not a 6.7 CC) I would check with the additive manufacturer to insure that it won't take out your NOx absorber (6.7 pickup is first vehicle with it in North America). Good Luck!
