a few questions

Well I’ve went and did it traded the 02 for a new 09.
So far I’m impressed. The one thing I just can’t get over is the power while pulling.
Now for the questions.
The 02 had its problems with the lift pump, easy fix just install a pusher pump and a gage.
Does the 09 really need the same?
Also I’m thinking about installing a pyrometer .
Is it needed or is this just a want not a need?
Also considering a transmission temp gage ( manual 6 sp) and rear end temp gage. Does anyone here have a setup like this or am I breaking new ground.

The in tank lift pumps seem to be doing very well so it's up to you whether you want a gauge, I did put one in mine but I also like gauges. As far as a pyrometer if you're going to leave it stock you don't need one, but my opinion is that it is helpful to have a full set of gauges to monitor what going on.
Enjoy the new truck.
