Long story short ... #6 injector failed (not due to contamination ... this was important to the dealer) yesterday while driving from Florida to Texas pulling a U-Haul. Codes thrown were:

P200c - DPF Over Temperature Bank 1
P200e - Cat Over Temperature Bank 1
P242f - Diesel Particulate Filter Restriction - Ash Accumulation
P1451 - Diesel Particulate Filter System Performance

Parts ordered for replacement were:

1 - Injector P/N - 68069384AA
1 - Connector P/N - 68005335AA

So ... magic question ... would you guys be worried about anything else ? After it "let loose", probably drove 20 miles ... to the exit with the dealership. They are changing oil\filter and fuel filter while they are in there. They tried hard to blame it on programmers, but after much searching and quizzing, they were finally happy to actually believe the customer ... I really don't have any on there !!!

So ... anything else to worry about ?
