Engine Surge Cycle

Engine Surge Cycle
When my engine is cold and I lift from the accelerator while driving down the road and coast, I get a +/- 300 RPM surge. Not really worried about it, was just curious if it had something to do with the engine warming up.
Any Ideas ?
