emission question
No, it's my understanding that the cab & chassis trucks (as well as Chevy and Ford) will have BOTH urea and EGR to be compliant next year. Cummins could have chosen one or the other back in 2007, but went with only the EGR (urea probably wasn't readily available back then anyway), played it smart and nailed the 2010 emissions as well with only the EGR.
BTW, I believe Ford has had EGR since 2003 and the dreaded 6-oh-no.
