I had a pillar mount, and I loved it... let me look for a pic...

Some guys take the 90* piece that comes with the edge and mount them on the steering colum. I never liked that, because I could not get my fingers on the buttons, but it's easy to see there.

Nope... they're in my photobucket acct... I'd post it for you, but I'm at work, and can't get to it...

Look if you want, click on the link in my sig, then when the acct comes up, look on the left where the other galleries are, and click on the truck gallery. Then, go to the bottom of the page and click 'view all'. It's in there somewhere...

I have mine mounted in front of the cupholders in the slot that has a larger tray. It is hanging from above the roof of the slot but tucked back inside. I put it there to keep it out of view from prying eyes. I can still see it pretty good though. It is tilted up and towards me. I also have a set of pillar guages which I can see better with. If you want me to email the pic, PM me with your email address. I can't load pics on here very well.

I used the l bracket that came with it i took and hammerd it on one side so the angle was right and drilled a hole in the cubby hole and ran wires under the dash. I like the way it looks and is easy to get to. It's stuck to the dash with velcro. Hope that helps you out.
