does anybody know if the Ecm and the Dpf system would be different from a 2008 6.7 to a 2010 6.7?

ECM yes, DPF probably not.

ECM definitly.

DPF system should work. There are changes to the EGR system on the intake side on the 10's and up but could be modified to work.
