My dad picked up a new 6.7 quad cab dually and I was wondering if anyone knows anything about getting rid of the origional fat dually fenders and replacing them with the dually fenders that come on the mega cabs.

I like the look of the old 1st gen duallies and it'd be kinda cool to make it resemble that and still have an 8ft bed.

 

I think one could use the Mega dually fenders, if you are willing to do some work to the one for the drivers side, as it has a notch in it for the fuel filler door.
The other thing would be to repair the holes left by the old/origional fenders. JMHO
