It looks like a dweller cab big truck You could get regular mega cab dually and slap some 10 lug big truck wheels plus a gear vendor unit on it and you've got basically the same truck for probably a lot less money.

not sure . it has a transmission feature that gies you "gears between gears" of some kind. maybe for that ?

i am not sure my gooseneck would clear the stacks ?
