Angry Big Problems - Rough Idle

Hey Guys,

Big troubles here-

I was pulling a trailer the other day and high temps (water=220 trans=215 EGT=1400 for less than a minute) for a short period of time and not sure if it is contributing to the current condition or not, but a little history always helps. The next day with an empty trailer I realized the exhaust brake was not working properly and boost was off.

I hammered down on the throttle and and saw the boost go from 0-22 like it was stuck. Maybe dirty VGT could be an issue with the dirty turbo.

But it started running really rough and a red lightning bolt appeared and the water temp shot up fast.

The codes that I pulled off were
P0472 EXHAUST PRESSURE SENSOR 1 LOW
P0107 MANIFOLD ABSOLUTE PRESSURE SENSOR CIRCUIT LOW
P051C CRANKCASE PRESSURE SENSOR CIRCUIT LOW
P0192 FUEL PRESSURE SENSOR LOW
P0652 SENSOR REFERENCE VOLTAGE 2 LOW
P0341 CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR PERFORMANCE – BANK 1 SENSOR 1
P0193 FUEL PRESSURE SENSOR HIGH
P1012 FUEL PUMP DELIVERY PRESSURE TOO HIGH

I'm guessing CP3 pump problems and didn't get a chance to see what my fuel rail pressure was indicating.

I am throwing this up right now for some feedback. I will be out of town and get working on it next weekend. I don't think that all of the codes are actual problems but instead one problem causing another to send signals.

Any thoughts.

So I traced down the problems to a frayed wire at the computer. I wrapped the damaged wires and wrapped the entire loom again. After clearing the codes I drove it for an hour going up a step hill (Cajon Pass on I-15) without any lights. That is all good.

What I am experiencing now are high EGTs around 1300-1400 in sixth gear. Something that I have never experienced until the other day. I dropped down to 5th gear and was ok. I have never experienced high EGTs and was wondering what else could be my problems. My boost is working properly again. My exhaust brake still sucks.

I removed the turbo and couldn't find any problems with the turbo. Good play, the veins are moving easily and no major amounts of soot that could be clogging things up.

Any additional thoughts?

Running through my mind:
1. Turbo still needs replacing due to VGT electrical short circuit.
2. ECM replacement due to short circuit.

Help!
