Bad steering gone good!

Ok, so I've been fighting steering issues for a few years.... Oversteer, wandering, you name it,, Many alignments, new balljoints, new steering linkage. Then (open up the clouds and shine the light), I broke down and bought a Red Head Steering Gear. I'm not affiliated with the company, I get nothing for saying this, but this has been the single best thing I've done for my 07 megacab (197k miles) except for having the entire AC system replaced (I live in Phoenix).. Seriously, if you're dealing with steering issues and your truck has some miles on it, check out Red Head, the difference in my truck is amazing.

Now a question couple questions:
- Can we get aftermarket seat covers that fit nice, are comfortable and look good?
- My steering wheel has seen better days, I've actually worn thru to the plastic. Any good recommendations on replacements or covers?

Thanks!
