Aux. trans. cooler ??

I bought an aux. trans. cooler ( super cooler )for my 48re on my 05 and was talking to someone about it and he said not to use it because it would decrease the line pressure and possibly cause other problems. Can anybody confirm this?

Well, being that there is already 2 coolers, I would'n use it. It could increase the pressure through the coolers and limit the fluid coming back to the overdirve and cause a problem. Just my opinion. My factory coolers keep mine under 160 empty on the highway, and I've not been over 210 hauling my camper so........
