6.7 price.. ball park?

I live in sunny southern calif and went and test drove a nice 6.7 with the 6 speed manual today. Shifts much better than my 06 with G-56!! The gearing is much better. THey were asking 40,500 for the SLT truck with all the power stuff. They offered me 24,000 for my 06 and it blue books for 27,000. Is this 40,500 a decent price?? If I could get one for less I am all ears at this point. Tell me who to call. Thanks!

Just my $.02..... If you are willing to travel you can save BIG bucks.... I kinda over did it and looked untill I was sick of looking and talking to people.... but to give you an idea, I bought two hours from my house and save about $12.5K off of sticker. I was about to buy from Dave Smith and things got alittle screwed up on there part... Got mine at Randolph Dodge, Eastland TX ... Wrong side of the country for you but Big O' Dodge out in South Carolina was doing some killer deals aswell.....

I guess my point, just make a few phone calls one after noon and save BIG TIME !!!!!

I too am in S. Cal.... I actually got a better deal from Woodhouse Dodge in Nebraska on a truck in N. Cal with delivery, than I could do with any local dealer. You owe it to yourself to call Eric Wulf 800-889-1893. Tell him Ken from S. Cal. sent you. I got my Laramie for a better deal than you wrote about.

I am in Nashville, TN and will hopefully be getting a truck here in a few months. Does anybody know of a good dealer to go to in the middle TN and surrounding areas? From just looking in the papers and stuff, Bill Boruf in the Cookeville area seems to have some good deals. I also would like a dealer in the middle TN area that is really good about doing the flashes and other warranty/recall stuff. After reading all the stuff about the new trucks, I can't wait to get mine.

I just bought a gray 2500 6.7 quad cab 4x4 from woodhouse dodge. Really great guys, they even shipped it to me in two days because was going out of town. Not bad from Nebraska to Arizona. This is the third vehicle I have bought this year, and the only good service, would definitely reccomend them.
