6.7 Maintanence

Just wanted to know what type of maintanence should be done besides oil changes and tire rotation?

Like...

fuel filter-# of miles

ect.

To Much to list. Read that little black book in the glovebox they have it pretty lined out in there. As for the Oil I change mine at 5000 miles and use valvoline Premium 5w40 synthetic motor oil and a fleetguard lf16035 filter. You can buy your filters( fuel and oil) from your local cummins shop or thru a place like genos garage. www.genosgarage.com Other than that your owners manual lays it out for ya.

tranny service at 30k if aute, i would do the differential right around then or sooner if you can...to get all the break in metal shavings out.... fuel filter about 15k i change my oil between 3k and 5k because my truck are worked rather hard, i suggest that you make sure that you run them for what they were built for as well...these 6.7's dont like being babied
