6.7 clutch fan hitting wires

Anyone experience this?I've replaced the clutch fan, placed the wiring harness where the stock one was located.it still chewed on the wires.so I relocated the wiring harness ,going to the top of the radiator. The wires are against the radiator, it's at least an inch from the fan.all worked well until you jump the rpms from idle to about 2600.it still hits the wires.could the fan be worn enough to flex too far?I've never heard of this happening.truck has a delete kit,but still bone stock ,other than 5" exaust turbo back.I've pulled the belt to check for worn pulleys...none to be found.

From: North Carolina or Kentucky. Take your pick
Mine has a small guide for the wiring near the fan. I zip tied (several) the wiring in that guide. No issues.
You might check for proper engine support installation and tighten bolts.
