4 Wheel Drive

My 4 wheel drive makes some grinding chattering noises only when in 4 wheel drive not 2 wheel drive. Transfer case is fine. When I took off the front diff cover It seem like the Pass. side axle shaft has a very little slop inside the gear. Where can I find the parts to fix the front end or how do I diagnose the exact parts that need replaced.

Thanks for all your help

Better take a look at the chain inside the case!!! You won't hear any noise out of it in 2wd but 4wd is a different story.....seen this happen several times.
