2011 oil change?
I just purchased a new Dodge 2500 and I have oil from my old Ford it is 15W/40 Rotella. Will this be OK or not? What weight oil should I be running in my Ram?

You had oil left over from a Ford???? 
Just joking.. Ya, you have to make sure the oil meets the CJ-4 criteria for DPF systems. Most oils now display symbols stating they are compatible with DPF equipped engines.

CJ-4 isn't all synthetic. It has to do with fuel and soot dilution and not just capable by synthetic stock. In Canada I use Esso oils now some of those are moved over to the Mobil line.
