On a serious note, I just went and built one to your specifications on dodge.com and it kicked back an MSRP of $53975. That being said, I would make my initial offer on one sitting on a lot $39K. That should get the negotiations started and you will probably wind up paying around $41-42K. It seems $12-13K off sticker is what these trucks are going for nowadays. All the CTD trucks at my local dealership have "$10000 off sticker price!!!" decals on the side of them now so you know they are willing to knock off some serious coin to move these things right now.

I got a little more then 10K off a similar truck without nav. at Dave Smith in Idaho. Picking it up in a few weeks. Got a $500. discount for being a Farm Bureau member which costs $35. for membership. They insure my house.
