XRF customer service???

Has anyone had to deal with the folks at XRF?? I have several issues with my ball joints. They were put in last Nov with 87K on the truck, now with 93K both of the uppers the boots have dryrot cracks in them. The lower right is torn and the lower left has dryrot that the grease is leaking through.

Contacted XTF and sent them pic's last tuesday, also sent them a copy of the purchase invoice. Have not heard a thing from them yet.

Anyone??

Dog, Both of my lowers boots have tears in them, I called Mark at XRF and he said " Oh I forgot to get back to you" I had to purchase 4 more joints. Then I have to send my old ones back to XRF and they well make the determination if they were defective. In if so then they will refund my money.,
I took pic's of mine and sent them to them, I was told that mine looked to have been installed wrong. Um Okay.

Here is the e-mail mark@xrf.ca
and the phone # 1-877-808-6839

Let me know how you make out..
