OKay I have to give a big " Good Job" to Mark at XRF. Here is the background. Purchased and installed both upper and lower balljoints last Nov. Discovered the lower boots were torn and the uppers were dry rotted bad.
Contacted mark at XRF and he said he wanted the old joints back so they could investigate what had happen to them. He sent me replacement joints and a Fed-Ex call tag to ship the old ones back.
Here is the best part, all at no charge. Way to stand behind your product XRF. To say I am happy would be an understatement.
