Write Up On OD / TCC Set Replacement?

I have never read a write up for those to be replaced. What's going on with your truck? Maybe it is something else causing your issues.

I am having problems with the trans temp light coming on and dropping out of od, so I am replacing the Governor Pressure Solenoid, Governor Pressure Transducer, AM Output Speed Sensor, and was going to put in new Overdrive & Lock-Up Solenoids with wiring harness. I am sure that it is overkill, but I figure replace it all while you are in there.

My only issue is that I do not really want to drop the VB. I have watched utubes of it being done, out of the truck, and it looks possible to make the replacement without dropping the VB, but I would like to talk to anyone who has done it.
