Set fuel pressure is what the ECM is requesting high pressure pump to deliver based on load conditions placed on engine. Many things can cause low fuel pressure. Leaking injectors, fuel tubes, pressure limiting valve, high pressure pump, fuel control actuator. Perform injector return flow test first, then PLV test. Injector contribution test can help determine if all injectors are working at 100%. Lower % on any one injector can help determine which injector is leaking. Loose fuel tube nut will also cause no start or long crank time. Tighten all fuel tubes (3) to 37 ft. lbs. and retest.
