will it hurt ???
I'm planning of leaving the truck plugged in the whole time I'm at work when it's extremely cold outside. Is it necessary for such action? It's free electricity so maybe I can take advantage. This is my first time to deal with a diesel during winter. Thanks for the input.
How cold is it where your at may not be neccessary Kyle Graham www.extremedieselperformance.net
It won't hurt a thing. My vote is to plug it in. If I were in your shoes (i.e. free electricity), I'd plug it in whenever the temp was below about 40F because I know I'd want the heater to work ASAP.
