Nope. Different spray pattern, different piston. I'm not sure if the body is different.

 

It will smoke heavy and have low power. The bodies are the same but the nozzles are different.

 

body is the same. 03-04 is 143* and 04.5-07 is 124* the piston bowls are different in these years as well which is why you cant run 124* injectors in 03-04, but i think you can run 143* in all years, there is just some tuning should be done to run them in the 04.5-07
