Went to the dealer and asked to see these TSB's -TSB#18-007-04, TSB#18-007-03, TSB#18-004-04 . They could not (or would not) give me a copy of them. I did have a copy of TSB#18-007-04 and showed it to them. I had to take them out to the truck and prove to them the TSB applied to my truck. They told me they do not reflash unless the truck is having the problem on the TSB.
I have an appointment for Tuesday to get the reflash based on TSB# 18-007-04.
I asked if the reflash is an entire update of the ECM or is it "patches". What I mean is, are the updates specific to the TSB with a small change (patch file) to the code or do they reflash (replace all the code) with the new revision of code?
It would be nice to go in once and get a "reflash" that includes all the known "fixes".
Based on what the dealer told me, I am assuming this is not the case.

So, my questions are...
Can anyone help me get a copy of TSB#18-007-03 & TSB#18-004-04 ?
Does anyone know how these reflashes really work/are applied?

You can't pick and choose which change you want. You want one, you get them all. I'm also in agreement with the tsb situation. If it aint broke don't fix it.
